This is a good place to start with the cone and ball, but it's not an indepth lecture on the subject
as I was expecting.
If you want to learn the routine in the trailer then you won't be
disappointed. The video teaches the routine well and shows you all the moves you need to learn.
However, I wanted to learn about the cone and ball in detail in order to create my own routine
and this doesn't deliver on that.
Jeki mentions some cone and ball practitioners that
inspired him, but doesn't tell you where you can find these same sources. There are no live
performances with the only performance being what you see in the trailer.
As has been said
in the other review, the section on props is very short. It would be useful if there were sources
for finding the props you need.
What is presented is done well. I was just expecting more
than 10-minutes of brief instruction and something more akin to Gazzo's Cups and Balls DVD.
