The rings and the instruction are quite good. There is a pocket gimmick to switch rings if you’re standing, I made the mistake of going to Martin Lewis’s web site and purchasing a DVD on how to make this gimmick. When the rings arrived I found out the same directions were included on the DVD with the rings,
