I have recently purchased this chop and can honestly say that it's pure gold. You will have a powerhouse routine at your disposal and a chop cup that won't let you down. I would advise picking up Mark James's supercharged classics Vol. 1 his approach is worthy of your attention. Best of luck. Also consider the chop cup miniature base balls. I got them and they look great
