Magic Tricks

This is some good, solid magic by legend Michael Skinner. I bought it for the 3-ring routine, which is really nice. The only thing I have to say about it is that magic has progressed so far these routines seem a little … I hate to say it ... dated. Now, that doesn't mean that they are worthless, or even that they are not good. Rather, I consider them foundational when compared with the state of magic in the 21st century. In other words, these routines are nice, solid, working routines. However, they are not mind-blowingly amazing. I will use the 3-ring linking ring routine, and some ideas from the ring on stick presentation. The color changing knife routine has some good pointers and subtleties discussed, but nothing that you can't find elsewhere. Long story short, this is good to check out if you are a worker and need some solid instruction for some solid routines for linking rings, color changing knives, and ring on stick.
