I recently acquired some linking rings and had no idea what to do with them. I asked Michael O'Brien himself where I should start and he directed me to Ninja+ Sessions.
Now, despite that I didn't have Ninja+, there is an INCREDIBLE amount of information jam packed in one video thats excellent for beginners in learning basics handling of linking rings and what to watch for; at no point did I feel lost, left behind, or felt that there wasn't a detail that could be explained better.

The best part about the video is that Michael goes in GREAT detail about not just how to perform the routines, but pitfalls that beginners like myself could fall into. Things that could save you a lot of time if you're left to figure it out yourself. His experience in the subject really shows here. He also teaches a few finger ring flourishes and some barblade flourishes to top it all off.
Whether you're new or old to linking rings, this should be in your inventory!
