I was looking for some tips on public speaking, and found this. After downloading the content, I got
a folder with thousands of files. You will find folders, within folders within folders and most of
the time you'll find pictures they use for advertising a product or other files you can't even open
due to the format they are on. This product has no structure and makes it difficult for the reader
to select and find the content promised on this product description. The main videos they want you
to watch are horrible and I stopped watching after 5 minutes. For the price I paid, I got zero in
return. I called Penguin for a refund but they do not offer refund on download products. I have
bought a lot of products from Penguin from years and this one was a completely waste of money.
