website, but useless. Trick not liste, no phone or email. How to bring back elephant for phase 2
not intuitive. Need a DVD or link.
Also, apparatus has a terrible, musty odor. Airing out for a
month, but odor still present.
Waste of money.
I bought the same item from a different vendor. I too ended up with one page instruction missing the rest. Dealing with an odor that is unreal. Smells like a basement, I feel sick after being around it. It is likely the maker and not the magic supplier. I am letting a friend use an ozone machine to try and remove the smell. Musty smell is unreal. Makes the whole room smell like a damp basement. No visual signs of mold. Cleaned it with winded, then later antiseptic wipes and lemon based cleaner, and finally simple green. Nothing helps. The online videos of the performance were helpful from YouTube.
Doc Martin: question? You bought this back in December. Does it still smell? I put mine in a container, ran a ozone generator inside of it for 3 hours. Still smells. I hand washed the skirt. It too smells. Wondering if it will be thrown away or keep it until it is done off gassing.
