Beautiful effect but for me it just doesn't work. I've gone over the video dozens of times now,
trying to ensure that I have the same configuration. While poorly filmed with inadequate views of
how things need to look, there were a couple of brief glimpses that I could freeze to make sure I
had it the way he did. But over 95% of the time, upon release, the band snaps down to the wrist, not
onto the hand. One can easily see that this is the natural place for the band to end up, but there
may some combination of details in initial set up, the shape and smoothness of the hand, the nature
of the band, the way tension is distributed in the band, and unexplained details in how the release
is done, etc., that can drive the release upward to the hand, but that secret sauce is not taught
and may not even be recognized as secret sauce.
I've waited several days after both
posting my questions in the discussion area and emailing tech support for further guidance, but have
heard nothing back. So for now, at least, I'm posting this negative review for what may be a great
effect, but will be happy to retract it if there is a way to get this thing to work reliably.
I just bought this download. There are no questions in the discussion area. Not a single one. You must have posted question somewhere else.
I had the same problem, but it didn't take long to solve. The video is short and the instruction is brief but that's OK. There is nothing wrong with the camera angles or the instruction. Put a little bit of thought into it; you'll get more out of the trick and your performance will be better.
If you post your question in the discussion area I'll be happy to provide my solution.
