I ordered this because it was super cheap and I thought "why not". So it arrives broken. Bummer. Reach out to customer service and I get sent another. That one arrives and I flick the switch 5 times and think "oh, thats actually kinda neat...." and then the 6th time it just broke. sword got stuck elsewhere and now im just frustrated more than anything. I wont bother asking for another one but I will try and warn everyone before buying this. super poor quality. will break in seconds or arrive broken. Don't bother.

It's a great item. I've bought several and had no problems. You got a broken one which is something that can happen even with expensive items. You should have contacted Penguin and gotten a replacement and you probably would be happey with it.
