I don't think the problem is Penguin. This guy, Jonathan Royle is a complete con. Also, he is mentally unstable, so I'm not sure he even realizes that he is a complete con. I would seriously warn anyone who purchases anything from this individual. I purchased this years ago and then learned from others that there is something very sadly wrong with Mr Royle. Consider yourself warned.
