An amazing book, right up there with Tarbell's Course in Magic and Rice's Encyclopedia of Silks.
Whether you're writing a script for just one routine or a whole show, you need this book! As one of
the chapters says, you already script every trick you do, even if you decide to wing it! You are
doing yourself and your audience a disservice if you don't write a script. I also like the large
number of sample scripts you include as examples to demonstrate your points. It allows me to see
how others script their routines! While kudos to all those who collaborated on this book, I want to
give a special shout out to Eric Henning for his really fun story script he uses for a kids routine.
He demonstrates it's not always about the trick, but about the story that goes with it.
Up there with Tarbell!
