Magic Tricks

If you are serious about going pro, or if you just want to bring your magic to the next level, you need to get this entire series. I can't say every trick taught is one you'll use, but the information Scott presents over the course of it is invaluable.

In this DVD, he gives you at least two rock-solid effects you will want to add to your performances immediately (he teaches four and you may use them all). This version of the needle trick is absolute perfection and just as entertaining as Scott's much higher priced standalone version he offers elsewhere. It's almost bulletproof, though it will require a little craft work to create it the first time. The reaction you'll get (and the safety factor of this one) make it worth every second of construction.

The other spectacular effect on here is his version of the snowstorm effect. Scott finds a way to bring everything down to a single point (even telling you exactly which light to purchase and where) so this effect can seem to fill a room even if you don't have the expensive snow-blowers offstage helping out. There's not really anything ground-breaking in handling, but the presentation is where you will see the payoff.

Scott also spends a lot of time teaching here, giving not only detailed explanations of the tricks, but exactly HOW to pick out a closer, and how to milk that closer to the fullest. This is detailed teaching you will want to take notes on. Scott is an excellent teacher and does an amazing job of giving you a lot of meat without wasting your time on extraneous stuff you won't use. Do yourself a favor and buy the entire set. It's worth it.
