I came to this video new to palming. The actual palming itself is not knuckle busting, what's difficult is covering the action with other behavior like squaring the deck. This action is thrown away with "as you square the deck..." and not given the attention needed to incorporate the two into one. Otherwise, I'm glad I purchased this, and if you're a beginner as I am, will be glad you did and will give you a solid foundation in palming.
