This apps works exactly as described and it is a wonderful thing. It fully deserves five stars.
However, I want to mention that I was very disapppointed by the way Penguin distributes it. The
fact that the title states "Online Instructions" did not prepare me for the fact that this product
consists of a paper code that gets sent over snail mail.
Granted, I take full responsibility
for choosing the default shipping method (I expected that supplying a shipping address was a
formality when buying an app), but it took a whole month for this to be shipped to my address in The
Netherlands. Quite honestly I think that is just poor service in 2019.
Even if the creator has
set up this product to be sent over the mail, I feel Penguin has a responsibility to be more clear
about this not being "Online Instrctions" and to also offer the option of just emailing you the
code. I was truly shocked when I got sent a video of my package being packed and shipped. First of
all because I did not expect you'd mail me a paper code, but also about the fact that I could see
the folded piece of paper with the code in it right there on the package. Still it had to travel the
word for 3,5 weeks before I could unfold that piece of paper (which tore and was hard to read
because of that) and start using the effect.
I don't feel sending an activation code for an app
over the mail is acceptable in 2019.
