Added a couple days ago, with an 'Out of Stock' notice??
That's strange.. I purchased on the 13th and received them. Are they getting 2 shipments maybe? I'm loving these so I would love to get more.
Joshburch,
Appreciate that Josh finally got an answer to that question lol. Thanks
So Is the Wishlist available on mobile web version or is it only available on pc?
Then again there's the issue of decks randomly being discontinued.
For example the blue visas were fully stocked w/ 146 units(max shown in qty field) for months and suddenly went out of stock a day after checking there were still 146 units & then also said "this product has been discontinued".
This happens regularly, its frustrating & shows qty of products means nothing because no way does a product just randomly sell out with 146 units left after being in stock for years. If it were a new release that would be understandable but it wasn't.
Now with all due respect I doubt you read my previous comment since you mentioned subscribing for the newsletter.
But I've been subscribed for over a year & never recieve emails.
The only playingcard/magic website that doesn't send out updates about upcoming decks, tricks, sales, etc.
So what's the point? It would be extremely helpful so people don't waste there time constantly checking only to end up missing out while at work.
J
Hey guys, you haven't missed anything yet! A listing was made for this product but we have not yet received it from the manufacturer. This is often the case when you see the 'Out of Stock' label on brand new products. It's not that you are too late, it's that you are too early.
Whenever you see the 'Out of Stock' label the best course of action is to add that product to your Wishlist. When you do this we will automatically send you an email the moment we receive the product at our warehouse.
Make sure that you are also signed up for the Penguin Magic newsletter for info on new products and sales.
I know... this happens everyday, no joke.
I check for new arrivals daily, sometimes even twice a day but at least every 2-3 days if I'm busy, and many times new additions are out of stock.
I've checked and come back an hour later to find a new listing "out of stock" already it's ridiculous & beyond frustrating.
On top of that, many listings say discontinued... How does a new deck get stocked and sold out in an hour without any chance of getting restocked?
I've emailed penguin asking them to send email notifications out to subscribers mentioning which new decks are on the way and which decks will be stocked in the next few days.
It's the only website that has a subscription option with no benefits lol. It makes no sense. There's never any emails about upcoming decks, tricks, sales, etc. So what's the point? It would be extremely helpful so people don't waste there time constantly checking only to end up missing out while at work.
