I received this trick of the Multi Colored Rope with my other tricks. The other tricks easy and with
instructions the Multi colored Rope NOTHING! no instructions. I need help, sorry bad service on this
one.
I saw another person with this same review and NO RESPONSE FROM PENGUIN or others help out

You should call them. I've noticed they don't respond to reviews. I'm not sure if they're just not seeing them or if they're ignoring them.
I say not reading because of the simplicity of their website. It's absolutely terrible, the layout is a mess and majority of people would leave right away just due to that fact. Then trying to browse through their selection of playing cards... Forget it lol, you're not able to filter by price, brand, date added, etc.
So I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't notified when reviews were posted.
