Menny does a wonderful job of carefully and coherently explaining every aspect of each presentation. There are 3 volumes of explanations, easily accessible online (download them to your compie ASAP before the Israeli sand cats short out the servers). I highly recommend this purchase; worth the price. Up until now I have avoided RB vids and relied on what I've learned in 1980's workshops. TRU Xtreme was eye opening with new moves and topologies.
