No creativity at all went into this and therefore everything is weak and poorly justified.

Why not ask them which element they associate with? Earth, Wind, Fire, Water?

If they name Earth or Water, proceed as normal.

Wind or fire, move to 4/13 (4 seasons, 13 weeks in each season).

Still not great but come on....
