a) the video is in Spanish and although it has English subtitles, they use the full width of the
screen, whereas the video looks like it was shot in portrait mode on a mobile phone! Zoom in to the
video and you loose the subtitles!
b) as mentioned above the video is very poorly shot (I was
going to say "produced" but there is no production in this to speak of!) The whole video is shot in
poor light and the explanation of the construction of the thing is very brief but gives just enough
information to explain the method... However....
c) the description of the material used for
the black art, I've never heard of, there is no indication of who might sell it or what it's called.
Surely this is one of the most fundamental requirements if you want to ake one of these! - The base
or close-up mat is never mentioned... Is this supposed to be covered in the same mystery material?
d) this is sold as being suitable for parlour magic. There is no chance of this working in a
parlour setting! On video, fine, on stage with a video camera and screen, probably OK, but in any
other situation, forget it!
I didn't have very high expectations for this download as the
routine seemed too good to be true. And it is! None the less I feel as though I've been ripped off
to the tune of $20 and I'm half inclined to demand my money back! (particularly as it isn't in a
language that I can understand!)
