I buy a lot of magic and maybe I need to stop! The magic community has really been disappointing. I
just spent a lot of money on something too big and bulky to use for walk around. Too small for the
stage! Where in the Hell am I going to use this? I feel like Penguin needs to have a return policy
because this would be sent back immediately! With all the hype I couldn't wait to get this. Sorry to
sound bitter but can we put some effort into promoting something with a purpose!
Not sure what you mean to bulky for close up. I use it in close up every day because I put in the practice needed to make it work. You just sound like a hobbyist that wants a self working gimmick.
Usually, I am not very sympathetic to people who want to return magic as they need to learn the lesson to not keep buying everything but instead to stop and master what they have. I know the magic companies don't want to hear that! That said, I do think that there are some serious condition issues that should have been stated upfront. If you have to go and buy a new phone or grow bigger hands to perform the effect, those are things that need to be clear in the ad copy.
Can't ppl tell by the video. That this was going to be hard to pull off.? Or did they think.i pay the 75$ and im teller over night ! Lets order.haaa. id nvr think to order this. It looks very hard to pull off. Now that ppl are having trouble.they all want there cash back.lol. i needed big hands haa
I am a life long magician and student of magic. Been a penguin customer since the penguin hatched. Spent thousands over the years on this site alone. There have been a handful of times where items were simply not as explained or depicted. Never had a problem with returns. (Sometimes, an effect simply is not what you HOPED it would be...and that is what 'the drawer of misfit tricks' is for. I would call and speak to a representative about a return before sending it back.

If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased at Penguin for any reason, please return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.**** If something happens after 45 days, please let us know. We'll do whatever we can to make things right. Please note there are some items that manufacturers will not permit us to accept returns on unless the item has a manufacturer's defect. These products are clearly marked.
How you FEEL matters.
If ever you feel we didn't describe an item fairly, please return it to us.
If ever you feel you've received an item that is poor value for the money, please return it to us. (Please consider the value of the secret too!)
If ever you feel you've received an item that is damaged or defective, please return it to us.
If for any reason you feel we didn't live up to our end of the deal, please let us know so we can make things right.
Long term, it's much better for Penguin if you let us know when there's a problem. So, please, don't be shy. Let us know so we can earn your good feelings and continued business.
