I just got this an hour ago and I already finished watching the videos and setting up the gimmick.
And you know what? This is great! And it is a sansminds product! That doesn't make any sense! It is
a simple idea and I really don't think we should talk about the method it should be pretty obvious
to most magicians. But the best part is the signed coin version. It work flawlessly. But you should
know something! On the DVD Jason says that you need a special sansminds sharpie in order for the
gimmick to reusable. At that point I almost through my shoe at the screen. I got really mad with
sansminds playing another trailer trick on me. But to my surprise Jason was wrong! You can use a
normal sharpie too! And it still works. You may need to earase the ink with a bit of saliva but that
is fine with me.
So in conclusion if you are looking for an Omni type of effect but a full deck
is just to much for you then just get this. It is really good.
Also for future reference, I have another way to erase sharpie from coins (as well as some other objects like cellophane on a card deck). After you use the sharpie on the coin, rub it over with a dry erase marker (such as "EXPO" or even generic brands). Once covered, wipe away just like you would any dry erase marker and EVERYTHING will wipe off. This is a small "hack" I learned several years ago and use it all the time on coins and card pack cellophane.
