There is some useful info but there are a number of caveats:

1. Many effects are others' and therefore cannot be taught here.

2. He makes reference to many documents and audio files that for some strange reason are NOT ON THIS DOWNLOAD! This is mentioned at the very end of the and where almost no one would notice it.

3. As mentioned before, the instructional delivery is very ad hoc and disorganized.
