I found nothing useful on the DVD. It was mostly a chat between Gregory Wilson and Tom Wright. The video quality was poor. The discussion was rambling. Nothing was fully explained or demonstrated. The 1st half of the video was more a promo for a product sold by Tom Wright than anything else. Do not waste your time or money on this.
