Magic Tricks

Before I review the product I have to say that Penguin customer service is amazing! I ordered VIP-PASS and the one I received was not working properly duo to malfunction. The support at Penguin replaced it immediately. The new was better but still not what I had expected. I think that the idea is great and should it work without failure I would have given it 5 stars. But I have found the gimmick to be unreliable. I cannot write too much without exposing the secret but let me just say that you cannot handle the VIP-PASS very freely. In the instruction video Jota says that the card will not move unless you do the secret move but this is where is flaws. I will definately buy again this if Jota decides to make it with a more heavy-duty material. As long as the gimmick is more or less flat it works fine but if if gets too much of a bend it gets way to loose and will not hold the card properly at place.
