This sleight epitomizes a cliche expression, "There is no magic to magic, just practice." This is a
move that requires practice. It's difficult, but not unreasonable. Chris does a nice job teaching
the technique, as well as it's applications. It has no worse angles than a classic pass. And if
the audience is managed properly (as they should), this can be executed with confidence. But be
warned, this will take some time to execute with confidence. Chris gives a number of good tips that
I encourage you to study. The shift has a plethora of applications that I'm sure you'll see once
you study the technique. There's also some great literature that comes with the package. Take the
time to learn it. The shift will be a great addition to your card arsenal.
