Magic Tricks

This reel was a disappointment and I had to send it back. The reel that I got was nothing like the reel presented in the instructional video. After puttering with it for a long time, I was unable to open it to adjust the tension or change the string. I own several reels and have changed many strings and springs, so I am no novice at this. The TUR in the instructional video looks actually very good. Unfortunately this is not what was shipped to me. All of that said, I do appreciate the Penguin return policy and their customer support. That was top notch.
