Bought for my grand daughter (6), and she liked it. I taught her a simple routine- she got familiar with the mechanics and asked -“how does it do that”. That’s how easy this trick is. She understands to never share the secret and not to let anyone handle the book.
Grandpa scale 4.3 - almost a five. If the book was larger , but the size is a good size for a small child.
