The original Max Entertainment is indeed a great book. The changes to 2.0 aren't. They're ok.
Under the lighting section, I hoped there would be information on banquet/parlor lighting instead of just stage. (I RARELY have an actual stage.)

But FOR THE PRICE, I didn't feel 2.0 delivered enough for me to repurchase it.

while the additions may not tick your boxes, as you've said, it's a great book. you aren't quite reviewing the book, but only a small portion of it. out of respect for ken, you should take your review down.

This review should be removed, it is unfair to the author, who did not claim this was a sequel, but merely a second edition.
