I've been a fan of Kainoa's now for a while and he never fails to give you quality! Maybe in a written format you might question a lot of this material being 'real world' or 'workable' but actually watching him perform is a joy, inspiring and confirms that the routines here were BUILT from years or performances and fine tuning also showing with the right time, dedication and study you too can perform these miracles.
