Pros: it is well screened, acceptable weight silk, not too thin and rich colors.
Instructions
are included but easy to miss. The photo advertisement of the product that is in the package has the
instructions printed inside the fold. it's possible it could seem stuck together and that it's just
printed on cardstock. But it's actually glossy paper and you will find complete to page
instructions.
Cons:Color match issues.
This is NOT exactly a Lalflin product.
This is made by DiFatta with Laflin's permission. Laflin is in the two pages instructions.
Difatta had a Lemon Yellow and Canary Yellow. The main field love yellow and the blendo I
received was the more golden or yellow with orange tint.
The issue is the yellow is hard to
match if you want to do something like David Ginn's Cheat Blendo. You have to have access to the
Difatta Silks if you want a close color match to all colors. But you probably can get away with
goshman silks on all but the yellow color.
DiFatta silks are hard to find in the USA and start
at a higher cost.
Of course if you're doing this out of the package you do not need matching
silks with that leads me to the next issue I encountered which was I got a lemon yellow gimmick and
canary yellow on the blendo.
Will the audience notice? Probably not. But it bothered me that
they couldn't even they bother to keep the yellows the same in the package.
You might be fine
with this at this price.
You can get a similar setup from seo that
Has a little different
more contained gimmick and sewn together Japanese silks for $15 more and you can buy matching silks
colors if needed. Of course those silks aren't inexpensive either.
