The book arrived damaged...it doesn't matter, it's for the bin anyways. Example...page 188: "Don't forget SEO", page 192: " Optimize for search engines (SEO)"...or page 194 "send seasonal cards". Really...popular marketing wisdom...redundant. Ok if You lived in a desert for the last 50 years.
