Magic Tricks

After receiving this item in the mail, I immediately noticed that there are NO instructions for this product. NONE. I understand that this is such an old prop, it could almost be assumed that everyone would know how to use this. However, this item is not completely intuitive and magicians new to the art would have a difficult time trying to figure out how to get the item to work correctly.

I'm not asking for a 30 minute video tutorial, but at minimum, at piece of paper with basic instructions would be helpful.
