Magic Tricks

What a great concept! This is a compact one-act drama with little dashes of humor and several opportunities for magic. The play suggests tricks that could be performed but is flexible enough to accommodate the tricks the performers feel comfortable with. I got a kick at the gentle digs at Bakersfield, but they also could be changed to suit the local audience. I'd love to see this performed! As an added bonus, the author has included his original script that inspired the magic play. If you're into creative writing, it's interesting to compare the two versions to get a glimpse into the writing process. Recommended!
