I have watched all the performances in full and the explanations. The routines are delightfully
constructed. I was completely fooled (not always a difficult thing admittedly) but the routining
makes reverse engineering impossible. Sr. Navas is a charming and disarming performer, watching him
work is a great study.
The principles in play are not new and are not complex. The
difficulty here will be the audience management. This is of course one of the great challenges with
a Zoom show.
However with practice and the required commitment (which is not insignificant)
these effects would enhance any card magic zoom show. If fact the Oil and Water and the Ambitious
card routine are probably strong enough to be directly used in a live show.
I know, an
in-the-spectators-hand Ambitious card effect performed from the other side of the planet!! This is
beautiful.
I think if your are serious about creating a top quality online experience this
project is well worth your time and study.
