all the bad reviews are because of the instructions are not in English, but there is a pictures explanation, and at YouTube a video performance without explanation. Only by watching the pictures I have figure it out so fast, it just like a puzzle toy , and the gimmick is very smart, I have some ideas on how to use it , the instructions will give you a basic handling for the beginners, and you need to build your own routines by yourself .
