Unfortunately the “ special material that cost less than $23” is an extra gimmick that Jordyn manufactures that is out of stock at Penguin, so you would need to contact Jordyn to purchase directly from him. Its not something you will likely have at home and you cant just go buy it from Amazon. The effect looks great and it does look easy to make and do, but unfortunately, I cant buy the extra gimmick needed so I cant use it. Disappointed.
