The thinking is ok but the explanation is super rushed. Everything is hard to understand and there were parts of the video that were just cut out so you can't understand the method. This looks like it was created and filmed in 5 minutes, and then released to the public. This isn't very good in my opinion and there are better ways to do this type of effect.
