I wish it stated that you cannot do this effect with any bill except the US 1$ bill.

very cool effect and I wish I could be performing it here in Canada.
Is there an international airport near you? There may be a currency exchange there. Get some U.S. dollar bills. If anyone asks you why you're using U.S. currency, you can use any number of reasons. One thing that comes to my mind is explaining that you'd rather "ruin" U.S. currency than Canadian currency. Or the material that the U.S. dollar is made of will smear the ink less than the Canadian currency.
Just a thought.

Just use US man. You just need to make up a quick story like "i just came back from New York" done..no one questions US cash as long as you have a quick reason. Be creative
