Mark has blessed us with another worker *chef kiss*.
He goes into a thorough run down of the
routine (about 60 minutes in length). The gimmick needed is easy to obtain and something we all have
in our overflown magic junk drawer. The handling is straightforward and to the point. I hope your
spectators carry extra socks with them because they will have them blown off.
The final two steps in the trick each appear to rely on a magician's choice. I don't see how any trick that ends this way can merit 5 stars. This is not to say that the trick has no mysteries, only that, seemingly, it ends with a whimper.
The final TWO STEPS?!?! I must need to stop taking Nyquil shots with my Wheaties because I only noticed this on the final step.
And a trick that ends this way CAN merit 5 stars when it is only $4.95. The price of the trick, for what you get, should always factor into the rating. Although I do think the experience level of the person leaving the review should be included as no working magician would rate this 5 stars for the reason you stated. However, a beginner or hobbyist could easily.
It is a good trick, however his repeated use of "I will explain that in a bit" got tiring, I would hope you would explain it and he belabors some points to where I just fast forwarded it. I know there are beginners but spending 3-4 minutes on one point is redundancy. Still great value for the price.
