I just finished the Live Lecture and I was inspired to write a review. Because of the nature of
mentalism as an art form, a lot of these lectures focus on material for shows and other events that
have more than one person who is watching you.That leaves a lot of beginner mentalists with their
curiosity satisfied, but still not a lot to practice with or show anyone.
This lecture is
much different. Christian and Katalina go through a lot of great close-up mentalism that is easy to
perform and wow people with. I've bought a lot of these Penguin live lectures, and I have enjoyed
them all, but I would put this as probably the best Penguin Live lecture to see first if you are a
beginner. I wish this would have been available for me to start with. It was also very enjoyable and
valuable for someone of my level - and as you will see in the lecture, someone at Dan Harlan's level
as well as he was inspired to use some of their methods as well.
All in all, a great
lecture and well worth the price of admission. 5 Stars.
