I find this lecture hard to rate:
*The effects are solid and practical, but readily found in the
library
*The instruction would be poor if not for Dan Harlan asking the right questions and
providing cues & prompts.
*You could either learn the effects and discover the nuances on
your own, or you can listen to Frank Deville. Frank claims the touches are his own, but you would
discover them if you played with any of the effects long enough. Nothing is revolutionary; it is the
quantum to make the effect polished.
*The effects are strong and you could have a very
successful, entertaining career performing nothing but what you see here. If you like what you see
in the promo reel, then get the lecture. Between Frank and Dan, the lecture is a great primer on
everything shown.
