The carrier, USPS, delivered an empty ULINE S-0097 bubble mailer.

Within was the packing slip and a rolled up product description, from Merlins of Wakefield, however the wand itself vanished during shipping.

The diagonal dimension of the bubble mailer is only 12 inches so the missing wand in question was either no longer than a foot, or did not fit in the bubble mailer in the first place.

I've posted a 5 star review follow up to this one. The magical staff of penguinmagic.com resolved this problem impressively. They even sent me a beautiful HD video of the replacement being perfectly packaged in with my subsequent order.

I'm sorry about this bad review. I wish I could take it down. The product itself turned out to be well worth the money.
