Exactly what I was looking for. This is over an hour of thorough instruction for the beginner (me). The only problem I had was compatibility of the DVD with my PC hardware. The DVD played flawlessly on my regular player attached to my TV.

Instruction is with 10 inch rings. More crap I have to buy. My little 5 inch rings can't do all of the techniques demonstrated.
