This is the most poorly made product I have ever received from Penguin. The elastics that go over
the ears would have been better secured with scotch tape. It fell apart before using and while
removing it from the envelope. Very disappointed.
I am sorry you had a bad experience, we’ve never had a return. Please contact Penguin customer service, they will certainly replace it. If you have any issue send me your address and I’ll arrange a replacement.

With everyone else giving this 5 stars, if you'd thought about it for 3 seconds, you would have realized that it wasn't the quality of the trick, it was that you'd gotten a defective one. Get a replacement, then come back and change this unfair rating and review.
I just spoke to Penguin Magic about returns, as we have sold well over 4,000 masks and as far as I know we received one return in England which Mathieu Bich personally sent a replacement.
Penguin has a generous returns policy, please look at this and get a credit or replacement. We only buy the best materials to make them, we never consider cost over quality, but there is a lot of detailed hand stitching involved and I guess you got a defective one.
