Gimmicked decks that are actually worth the retail price are few and far between. The deck alone is
worth the price. It would cost a small mint to make one. It is a must have for gimmick deck
enthusiasts.
There is a learning curve and difficulty will vary depending on the performer.
There are however built in mechanics to make the learning as simple and as easy as possible. This
is the one drawback and what may not make it practical for everybody, but it really does not require
a great deal of discipline to master.
Once mastered the effect is simple to do.
The big positive is really reinforcing the paradigm the spectators had a free choice by dealing
out the entire deck face up before the final reveal.
The straight up performance may
possibly be repeated under the right conditions, and if you were to (say) employ a deck switch the
routine could enhanced or extended to throw repeat attendees off the scent. For the experienced
magician there is plenty of room to improvise.
I have no reservation when I say, "This is
one of those decks to have."
It is very strong as presented and an incredible utility deck
if you're of the mindset to chart your own course.
Hey I saw the video and I just have a doubt. The video resembles pretty close to how a mastermind deck works.so can you just clear whether this is a different principle ?
It is a different principle than the Mastermind Deck. I had my doubts too, and I was pretty close to guessing the secret, but ended up pleasantly surprised I was wrong. The deck itself is worth the price. It uses the Al Koran principle , but allows you to display what appears to be an entire deck of indifferent cards.
