This is a well made pad and the top surface is relatively easy to handle cards, coins, cups and whatever you need a pad for. It's a little on the small side for certain events, so I ordered the 23" version as well. They both can be carried easily (by rolling it up) and when unrolled they pretty much flatten out immediately so you can start work. These are not super pads, but for the price you can't beat them.
