At first, I was apprehensive about the format, but during the first session I was converted. It’s
not like having a conversation with a card magic legend, it IS having a conversation with a card
magic legend.
If you just want to learn the tricks, they’re there in his books and media,
but these masterclasses are so much more. For example, I was never a fan of assemblies, but after
seeing a few different versions performed and analyzed last class, I have to re-think my previous
stance (and that was from the class I thought was going to be my least favourite).
John has
been exceptionally generous with his time and knowledge. Fantastic value so far, I can’t wait for
the next classes. I’m glad I signed up for this one early before it sold out, and wish I had been
quicker on a few of the other Masterclasses (and hope they come back in October).
