Most of the material I perform in real world situations for family and friends comes from the mind
of John Bannon. If you are not familiar with Mr. Bannon’s material you may be better advised to
first go out and purchase his books and DVDs as this will leave you with a permanent record to go
back to but this class will be a great introduction to his thinking on discrepancies.
I
have all of his books, DVDs and tricks but what I have never been offered before is an opportunity
to hang out with John while he shares some of his most recent creations and some overlooked
releases. This is an opportunity I did not want to miss. I greatly enjoyed the time spent with this
intimate group and only wished I had a permanent record to review instead of my notes (John kindly
made himself available to help complete our notes) but the memories of my interactions with John
remain vivid.
John delivered more than promised both in time and material (thank you for
the gift!). It has been a real pleasure to hang out with a card magic legend and to interact with
him on the various questions I asked. This is the next closest thing to having a seat at one of
John’s sessions.
