I hate to give a bad or subpar review. First the pros.
Aesthetically the pad is definitely
beautiful and it’s large. It looks and feels like a quality pad. That’s about all I like about this
pad.
Cons: What I didn’t expect is how difficult I find it to pick up cards off this
particular pad. It’s almost as difficult as picking up cards off a marble table. I’m not sure how
that’s possible to be honest. I have several other smaller pads and I’ve never had this problem.
When I compare to my other close up pad it’s a world off difference. I was surprised by this. It’s
subtle but this is my experience with this pad. I find it difficult to perform certain slights like
running cuts etc. Perhaps I received a bad batch? Not sure but I was surprised by the good reviews
even on Magicorthodoxy YouTube channel.
