Mike managed to take advantage of some very fooling mathematical concepts. His description is
accurate. The spectator has a totally free choice, and you're not dealing with an equivoque or
similar tricks. There's a single move that can hardly be called a move. It's also an easy way to
introduce magic into a social setting without busting out cards (which I think is a quick turn off
for a lot of laymen).
This trick is great for mentalism; you can easily adapt your patter
to be about influence. For the price this is a no brainer.
